Surinamese Months in Amsterdam

Have you already been to the shop of Stadsherstel Amsterdam, on the corner of Kerkstraat and Reguliersgracht? Opposite the Amstel Church. Original art works are for sale in the shop, including my ‘Details of the Bigi Spikri’, pen and watercolor on 10x10cm paper, in frame, for the ‘giveaway price’ of €35. Only for sale for that price during the exhibition Surinamese Months*). There are also posters from ‘ALA SMA TORI – Keti Koti Verbeeld’ and cards from my series ‘Aan de Waterkant’ that was exhibited there last year. Don’t you agree that my work and that of Renée Koldewijn, ‘Talking Hats’ complement each other nicely?
Also for sale: books from LM Publishers and from Moritz Ebinger. And original work by Djon Seedorf. Part of the sales price goes to renovation costs of buildings in Suriname, Friends of Stadsherstel Suriname.

*) You should definitely go there, it is a beautiful exhibition, curated by Myra Winter.
Until July 7. More information can be found here: https://stadsherstel.nl/cultuuragenda/surinaamse-maanden/
