Cafe Eijlders and 10x10artist/art gallery Atelier Open present the summer exhibition Blauw (Blue). The exhibition opens today, Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 17:30 in café Eijlders, Amsterdam. The exhibition Blue can be admired until Friday, September 6, 2024. Be welcome!

With ‘Blue’ as the central theme, the artists have created several works in various sizes, including 10×10 cm. These are all also for sale in the 10x10artist webshop.

My work is brand new, I combined collage with drawing / painting. Old photos from books about the wonders of the world: blue of the sea, the sky, the starry night, combined with drawings / paintings of human figures. A tribute to Mother Earth, called ‘Mama Aisa’ in Winti: the mother of all mothers, fathers, all creatures on earth. An ode to the power of life, creation, spirituality and making art.
