To be seen from June 20th until July 15th in the upstairs exhibition space of ARTI. About ROGIER OP PAPIER (‘op papier’ = ‘on paper’): “Over the years I made lots of drawings of my husband Rogier van der Ploeg. On pieces of paper, on the newspaper, on envelopes, on napkins in restaurants, in all kinds of sketchbooks. I really do make those drawings for myself , but I think this exhibition is a great opportunity to show them. There will also be prints of the ‘doodles’ (photos and sketches – see previous post) that I made during the time the society was closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown.

Prachtig Maartje. Wat ben je toch ongelooflijk goed! Je werk ontroert me altijd. Ik was net aan de chat met Peter Klashorst. Hij gaat voor onze talkshow in juli een filmpje schieten van zichzelf met de mobiel. Ontzettend lief van hem. Ik wilde hem graag een keer spreken en zien, en de talkshow tijdens onze stream Atlas Virtueel in juli leek me een mooi moment. Maar hij zit in Thailand en kan daar niet weg.

ja peter is ziek en heeft besloten om weer naar thailand te gaan vanuit amsterdam, daar vindt hij het het fijnst, dus hij wil daar ook het liefst zijn
