Today, November 5th, from 5.30 pm is the opening of the exhibition 10x10artist and book presentation in Cafe Eijlders. Atelier Open(AO) presents the book 10x10artist. The book shows works by the artists affiliated with 10x10artist. I’m also participating and made a new series of collages especially for this: “Visje bij de thee” (tea and fish), a wink to the Dutch writer Ann M/G. Schmidt whose work I love so much. One of those collages will be shown in Eijlders, plus two other, larger collages: Ouverture and Robe. All works are for sale! The book contains an original linoleum print by the Italian artist Valeria Vangelista, (printed, numbered and signed in an edition of 150). AO’s gift tip for the holidays! AO organizes two 10x10artist exhibitions around the book. In addition to the work of Valeria Vangelista, the booklet contains inspiring work by the artists participating in the 10x10artist project. This makes it a beautiful, creative gift for the upcoming holidays. The book (including linoleum print) costs €20, excluding shipping costs. The book can be ordered through AO’s webshop.
